LeapO, don't give them any ideas. I think the Catholics and other mainstream religions have the right idea with sprinkling water. Far more practical. Isn't it all symbolic anyway????

ohhhkayyyyy?! Look, I'm cool with what they are trying to do and all. But I think that under the circumstances, though, sprinkling would have done the job -- or at least stick his head in there.

Isn't it all symbolic anyway???? Yes it is, but even though JW's acknowledge that it's symbolic, they still follow all their rules and regulations for it to the letter. There obsession with everything...

Thanks for sharing this, my grandfather was baptized as a JW in a concentration camp and I always wondered how that was possible... must have been something similar. But why does it say in Jail......
